If you use an estate agency, you will have to pay commission for the services rendered. You will have to balance the amount of time and effort you will have to put in order to manage you own property against the commission charged from a managing agent. Often, it will make you realise your time is worth more the commission charged and the commission is tax deductible and your time is not.
