Chas Everitt KZN North Coast, Zinkwazi Beach - Sales and Rentals

We have finally recovered from a bumper festive season in Zinkwazi, and we've taken an in-depth look at the sales stats for 2025.

It was an impressive year, with the total value of sales being higher than it's ever been, almost breaking the R100m barrier!

The activity in 2025 can be summed up by the following;
32 registrations
Total value of R99m
Average selling price of R3,1m.
Figures for 2024 showed:
24 registrations
Total value of R94m
Average selling price of R3,9m

I'm thrilled to note that Chas Everitt has maintained the top sales spot in Zinkwazi, followed by private sales, with Sotheby's being the 2nd top performing agency. The other agencies that shared R18m sales were Remax, Lloyd's, Seeff, Tyson and Harcourts.

I'm so grateful for the continued support from the Chas Everitt - KZN North Coast and Chas Everitt International teams as well as all of my sellers and purchasers.

The 1st half of the year has flown by, and a quick look at the stats for the village shows very promising activity, thus far.
The following was noted:
14 registrations
Total value of RR53m,
Average selling price of R3,8m
Figures for the same period the year prior showed:
8 registrations
Total value of R43m
Average selling price of R5,4m

Thus far 72% of the transactions were cash, whilst for the entire 2024, it was 77%.

Once again, I was thrilled to be the top agent within the area, so huge thanks go out to all of my Sellers and Purchasers.

It's that time of the year when I take an in-depth look at market activity in Zinkwazi Beach for 2024. The following was noted:
24 registrations
Total value of R94m
Average selling price of R3,940,000.
Figures for the same period the year prior showed:
26 registrations
Total value of R61m
Average selling price of R2,350,000

It is very exciting to note the increase in average selling price and an enormous, R30m increase in total sales value from the year before. It's also very interesting to see that 77% of the transactions were cash.

Personally, it was a very challenging year, so I am so thrilled that Chas Everitt has been the top-performing agency within Zinkwazi Beach, yet again, and I am incredibly grateful to Chas Everitt International and all of my clients for their continued support.
