D Swart Enterprises Sectional Scheme Management, Residential and Business Properties D. Swart Enterprises is a well vested company in Middelburg, since 2005.

Our aim is to deliver the best service in townhouse management for Middelburg and surroundings. We currently manage a large number of townhouse complexes. Most of these schemes, were managed by us from date of registration. The others were taken over by DSE because of an urgent need for proper service, expert assistance and management. We use pastel accounting as our financial system. It is a transparent system which offers complete financial statements with the press of a button. Invoices, statements, age analysis, trial balance, income & expenditure sheets and balance sheets forms part of the service. We aim to keep all costs for our clients as low as possible, by ensuring proper book keeping, complete filing system updated during the year, for audit purposes. We also make use of internet banking, this reduces the cost and increase efficiency of managing the complexes.
