Today let's talk health.
How do skinny People stay skinny all the time?
I know this sounds obvious, but in my experience, it's from eating very little!
Okay, metabolism and exercise matter too, and sadly, smoking green stuff🌿 also helps.
But overall, what I have noticed is that fat people eat incredibly quantities of food, while really thin people eat incredibly little ( that's my perspective). And the type of food matters, too. Sugar is the greatest offender here. Table sugar and high fructose corn 🌽 syrup are 50% fructose, and fructose doesn't affect your appetite, so it consists entirely of empty calories.
If you consume fructose in bulk, as in a soft drink or fruit juice, it's purely added calories and you'll gain weight. Fructose may raise the levels of VLDL Cholesterol, leading to fat accumulation around the organs and potentially heart disease, increase blood levels of uric acid, leading to gout and high blood pressure.
My experience, if I keep junk out of my diet and just eat what I want, I don't gain weight. If I gain weight I have to go low carb to take it off, and that's hard because it's easy to slip into junk food patterns. If I eat junk food, I get fat.
So I think that's the main rule - don't eat junk and don't stuff yourself with carbs and you won't gain weight. If you want to lose, go low carb and stick to it.
Remember that sugar ( and yes, fruit juice and energy drinks and such) makes you gain weight and that there's sugar in just about everything now - read the labels.
All of this requires discipline, but at least low carb doesn't leave you hungry all the time.
