* The concrete window sills project outward to help direct rainwater away from the walls 🌧️
* The walkway slab has a clean, straight edge, with a smoothly plastered underside ✅
* The roofline moulding is continuous and neatly aligned along the entire building 🏠
* The upper and ground-floor openings align well, creating a balanced appearance 👌
* The staircase has been carefully shaped and plastered, with the final balustrade and finishes still to follow 🪜
* The long passage provides clear access to every unit, with paving and drainage forming part of the next phase 🚶🏽‍♂️
