We are looking for a motivated and professional Estate Agent to join our team in Mossel Bay. This is a full-time, on-site role suited to someone who knows the local property market and is passionate about sales and client service.

Minimum Requirements
• Must be registered with the PPRA
• Must have a valid FFC or be in the process of obtaining one
• Must reside in Mossel Bay
• Proven knowledge of the Mossel Bay property market
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle
• Own laptop and smartphone
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities

Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Source and list residential properties for sale
• Conduct property valuations and market appraisals
• Market properties through various platforms
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Liaise with buyers and sellers throughout the sales process
