2) LOCALITY
The Farm is situated in the Waterberg area between Vaalwater and Ellisras (now Lephalale) which is ±260 km North, Northeast of Pretoria. Oliver Thambo International (previously known as Johannesburg International Airport) is only 290 km away by tarred road and 35 minutes away by chartered aircraft to the nearest Airfield.

The farm is fully game fenced at 2.4m height with electric fence. Approximately 60% of the fence is new and some parts contain predator proofing pig wire. The ±7.5ha opposite side of the road is NOT fully game fenced.
Water:
There are 2 boreholes which is equipped. The borehole at the lodge area feds into 10 000L JoJo tank with an external water filter fitted. This supplies water to all the housing etc. There is a pressure pump installed too.
The second borehole is in the Veld, and it fed water to a 10 000L JoJo tank via a Solar pump. There are several game drinking holes, and one large natural dam is also part of the property, hosting various fish species. There is also a large cement reservoir that was recently waterproofed – this can be connected with a borehole and be used for some small-scale irrigation.

Electricity:
The farm has two new solar installations with 1 x 12KW and 1 x 16KW invertors. There are 36 x 550W solar panels and batteries with a total of 40KW. Both installations are well secure and ventilated.
Wildlife
The Farm is extremely well stocked but also well balanced with a good variety of game.
