Overview
Acutts Real Estate Newcastle is seeking ambitious, commercially astute Intern Estate Agents for our Newcastle & Dundee (KZN) branches. This is a full-time, hybrid role built for entrepreneurial individuals who want complete control over their earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
Canvass, list, and market residential and commercial properties.
Conduct property viewings, market analyses, and valuations.
Manage end-to-end transactions and contract negotiations.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of buyers and sellers.
Requirements
Commission Mindset: Highly self-motivated to thrive in a high-reward, commission-only environment.
Tools: Laptop, smartphone, and reliable transport.
Qualifications: Matric (Grade 12) and a commitment to completing PPRA logbook requirements.
Expertise: Deep understanding of the Newcastle or Dundee property market.
