A few years ago, I founded Giles & Co Property Solutions while surviving the property industry through Covid, living off commission alone. As a single mom, “wait for the deal to close” wasn’t a strategy—it was a risk. Rentals kept the lights on. Sales taught patience.
Not every agent is built for rentals. I am.
Fast-paced, people-driven, problem-solving—anything from complex admin to getting my hands dirty when needed. And none of it works without a rock-solid network of contractors and service providers.
That’s how Giles & Co evolved: real, hands-on property solutions.
Then life did what it does—evolved.
My daughter started college and, without missing a beat, built a house- and pet-sitting business through pure word of mouth. The “Co” became real.
