Targeted Pre-Purchase Roof Inspection | Bellville

We recently conducted a targeted roof inspection on this fixer-upper property in Bellville. The buyer wanted to avoid nasty surprises after starting renovations and requested a detailed roof assessment before proceeding.

Our inspection focused on:
Exterior roof condition (tiles, valleys, ridges, flashings, and chimney flue)
Interior roof structure (timber framing, underlay sheeting, and evidence of roof leaks)

We recently conducted a pre-purchase home inspection on this heritage property in Paarl. Although the house had been recently repainted, our inspection revealed that the workmanship was not up to standard:
