The coffee shop inside AVBOB's new home at Irene Link has changed its rules. What started as an amenity for one building's occupants is now open to tenants across the whole precinct, an easy, everyday reason for people from different companies to end up in the same room.

That spirit of connection runs through the building itself. Irene Link Building D was shaped around AVBOB's own identity and aesthetic priorities, while still speaking the same architectural language as the rest of the 84,928 m² Irene Link precinct.

At 11,500 m², AVBOB’s office block is distinct enough to feel like AVBOB's own and integrated enough to belong.
