ANNOUNCEMENT
Never in my wildest dreams would I have envisaged being faced with the dilemma of the past 3 months. Here I was busy with a whole new small venture in the Real Estate Sector – A PPRA registered Professional Property Practitioner at DORMEHL PHALANE PROPERTY GROUP PMB and a SACPVP Professional Valuer at PMB VALUATIONS.
Well to say things have exploded quite a few notches in recent months would be an understatement.
I had to do serious introspection and reflect deeply eventually making the call to reluctantly leave the family of DORMEHL PHALANE PROPERTY GROUP PMB a place that has been home for a number of years.
A huge thank you and words of appreciation has to go to Christo Pretorius (Principal) at Pietermaritzburg Dormehl for giving me the opportunity and allowing the Journey of the past 11 years.
Thank you, Christo much appreciated. I am sure we will still be meeting up regularly in future.
My Real Estate journey of growth has seen my business footprint just growing and growing where my partners and I suddenly found opportunities opening requiring us to expand and restructure very quickly and at very short notice.
The recent loss and passing of a friend and one of my partners and mentors – Barrett Pardey was a serious blow to some serious plans we were working on and envisaged coming to tuition. (Hey Bud – You were always an inspiration and will be sorely missed. RIP big guy – Never to be forgotten).
Going forward the establishment of PMB VALUATIONS AND PROPERTY SALES was a serious merging of business ideas and has been formally established.
Charmaine will be joining me and a host of other people have already committed to joining several structures we have engaged with that will be supporting one another throughout KZN.
Remember the name PMB VALUATIONS AND PROPERTY SALES.
