I have been a resident of Pietermaritzburg for the past 30 years and I enjoy the outdoors, caravanning and travelling as often as possible. Being a self-reliant and independent principled person with a high desire of commitment, Real Estate is the perfect environment for me. I feel it is very important to understand my clients long term needs. Prior to working for Pam Golding Properties, I worked for one of the largest agricultural chemicals companies in the world as a technical and marketing manager for KwaZulu-Natal for 30 years and Mauritius for 5 years. On retiring I moved to the Real Estate business. Since working for Pam Golding Properties I have received the Rookie of the Year Award in 2009 and I have successfully achieved my NQF4 as well as PDE qualifications in real estate. This profession is about service driven excellence and it’s very rewarding to see a happy buyer and seller. Facilitating the sale of a home gives me a true sense of satisfaction. Many of the buyers are either relocating or down scaling and helping them settle into their new town or home is of paramount importance to my success.
