𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: FNB Bonds
𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Table View

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Conveyancing Paralegal to join our dynamic FNB Bonds Department in Table View. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of bond cancellations and the registration of new FNB mortgage bonds.

𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Effectively manage bond cancellations and the registration of new mortgage bonds.
- Prepare files meticulously, adhering to detailed specifications.
- Liaise professionally with clients and attorneys to ensure seamless communication.
- Draft and review legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
- Handle F**A administration efficiently.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in bond administration is essential.
- Matric qualification is mandatory.
- A formal legal or conveyancing qualification will be advantageous.
- Proven experience working with major banks.
- Strong skills in accurate administration management.
- Proficient in Lexis Convey and Microsoft Office Suite.
