These sessions are the culmination of our chakra workshop journey, bringing together everything we have explored into a deeply restorative and immersive experience of sound, rest and integration.

That said, they can absolutely be enjoyed as stand alone sessions too, so whether you have joined the full journey or simply feel called to come and receive, you are welcome 🙏

Autumn in Plettenberg Bay feels like stepping into another world 🍂✨

Today we walked Robberg again and it never fails to take our breath away.

The landscape is alive in the most magical ways… delicate wild flowers scattered across the paths, tiny mushrooms appearing from hidden places, spiderwebs stretched between the fynbos catching the light and floating like little clouds, and even a curious dassie reminding us that this beautiful peninsula is shared with so many wonderful creatures.

It’s one of those places that gently invites you to slow down… to notice… to breathe.

And perhaps the perfect way to begin or end a day like this… coffee on the verandah, wrapped in a blanket, looking out over the beauty of Piesang Valley as it rolls towards the ocean, watching the changing light and remembering that life doesn’t always have to move so fast.

This is what we love most about living here. Beauty isn’t hidden away, it’s everywhere if you pause long enough to see it.
