The Calm after the Storm!!

We are very sorry for the people of Plett and surrounds who have suffered immense damage in this incredible weather event that we have experienced and also still facing ongoing issues with no electricity or telecoms in many areas. We were very fortunate at The Jetty that the flood waters did not even reach the boat house. The wind blew down some alien trees and rearranged the portable toilets but a true testament to the profile of the property as well as a feather in the caps of our engineers and civil contractors. We did have some pooling of water at the gate house as they are still busy with the stormwater in the next phase so will not be an issue going forward.

Just a massive shout out to all our buyers and people that have shown interest at The Jetty, thanks to you, we are extremely happy to announce that we are way ahead of schedule and have sold 90% of phase 1 in less than half our forecasted time, we also have 82% of the units in phase 3 reserved already (Phase 2 is the clubhouse and wellness center). The Jetty consists of 4 phases, totalling around 260 homes and apartments and phase 4 is being remodelled to ensure we have the correct mix of units and a better layout than before, so for all those that are worried that you have missed the boat, you certainly have not!! Unit types that have sold out will be available again in phase 4! Please contact us to ensure you are on the mailing list to be kept in the loop.

With the severe water crisis that Plett is facing, we are extremely fortunate to have a series of wells at the Jetty, that have supplied clean drinking water to not only our property but also to some of the neighbouring farms for 60 odd years and it is this water source that we are using for the construction phases.
