Position: Administrative Assistant / Show House Sitter – for Rental / Sales Properties
We are seeking a well-organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The successful candidate will provide day-to-day administrative support while also assisting with the setting up and hosting of show houses.

Key Responsibilities:
• General administrative duties: filing, data capturing and correspondence
• Update all necessary admin spreadsheets and systems
• Preparing show houses to ensure they are presentable and welcoming
• Greeting and assisting potential buyers during show house events
• Collecting and recording visitor information and feedback
• Working with the rental and sales team

Requirements:
• Work hours: 08:30 – 18:00 Monday to Friday & two Saturdays each month
• Valid driver’s license
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office)
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
• Reside in the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan area
• Previous experience in administration or real estate/property industry will be advantageous
