Secure mandates from both landlords and sellers respectively; and
Sell or rent property to buyers respectively.

REMUNERATION

It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the passing of Pastor Sizwe Mlungwana, the esteemed owner of Sizwe Mlungwana Properties. Pastor Mlungwana was not only a respected figure in the real estate industry but also a cherished friend and colleague to our Principal and a steadfast supporter of Zolam Properties throughout the years.

His sudden departure has left us all in shock and deep sorrow, especially as his relationship with our Principal transcended mere business dealings. We will forever be grateful for his unwavering support, kindness, and contributions to our community.
