The Alpha Student Residences — The Warwick, Regent, Cosmopolitan & Grand Hotel — are located in the beautiful city of Gqeberha (formerly known as Port Elizabeth).

As part of our First Year Orientation Programme, in February annually, our Senior Student Leaders take students on a city tour to introduce them to important areas such as shuttle stops, the nearby NMU, other colleges, Bird Street Campus, local taxi ranks, bus stations, supermarkets, hospitals, and how to safely navigate through the city.

At our accommodations, student safety within and around our residences remains a priority 💛

Our student ambassadors, together with our security team, ensured that students were guided, protected, and safely returned to their residences.

What a starting kicking off for the First Semester!

We are extremely proud of the Soccer & Netball teams competing at the Campus Res League at

Netball competed in 2 matches today! And we brought it home!

First game:
Alpha Students 5 - 7 SSSV
A very tight and competitive contest that could have gone either way. We lost by fine margins, but the fight, intensity, and resilience from the team were there until the final whistle.

2nd Game:
Alpha Students 13 - 0 South Point ✅

Solid defence, clinical finishing, and great teamwork all around. Proud of the effort and discipline shown on court.

Soccer:
FULL TIME!!!
Alpha FC 0 - 0 Lamsa FC

WHAT A FIGHT!!! 💥 90 minutes of pure battle on Matchday 7 and we stood STRONG! Neither side gave an inch. That’s heart, that’s grit, that’s ALPHA. There will be back stronger next week!
