Word on the streets are that interest rates will remain at the current lending rate for now......up until the end of the year, allowing for some stability in the market. The word out there is also that interest rates will come down in the 1st quarter of 2024.

The positive side to the period that we are in right now is that we have room to negotiate, we can choose our dream home with less competing for the same property and ultimately get what we want.
