Lynette Martin IPC Registered with the PPRA. Bruce and I have been happily married since 1980. Retirement? Pfff! Not easily!

Since 1991, I've been selling property in the Nelson Mandela Bay and later in the Plettenberg Bay area, specialising in residential, developments and commercial properties. We have two beautiful girls and by the end of 1990, after being a fortunate stay at home mom, I realised that I had ample time to establish a career again. With Bruce being a clay brick manufacturer and real estate being regard

ed as "part time" or so I thought...what started out as part time, soon became exhilarating with every satisfied client and successful transaction concluded, spurring me on! I passed my board exam in 1991 and after a few successful months, I joined IPC Properties, 5th to join this young ALL LADIES company. Joan, the late Priscilla and I, soon purchased the agency from Janet Jenkerson, with Ruth joining later. Although numerous accolades followed, what matters most is the successful conclusion with a happy client! I can undoubtedly, claim that a decision made in 1990, set me on a path I could never regret. I would miss my colleagues, clients, the excitement and passion related to real estate, way too much!
