Shopping at the Pier 14 shopping center is a pleasure as it is 3 minutes' walk away. The majestic Nelson Mandela Bay stadium is a stone's throw away. Your safety in the building is ensured by biometric access gates only allowing authorized individuals. Lavinia is fully NSFAS and NMU compliant and approved. We therefore adhere to NSFAS RATES. These rates INCLUDE; Wi-Fi, Water and Electricity, recreational facilities, Laundry and DSTV.

The National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS ) will be reprioritising the R13 billion currently in its coffers to support students with blocked registrations.

Higher Education Buti Manamela made the announcement in Pretoria on Monday.
