The original company was established during August 1985 and has grown substantially over the years having been actively involved in various decision-making processes regarding change relevant to the industry. The current members are Dave Summerton, Gail Summerton & Rob Edelson who collectively have many years of experience in the Real Estate Industry. The various companies are members of the Institute of Valuers, the Institute of Estate Agents, the local Institute Listing Service as well as HARCOURTS Real Estate (SA). The companies own and operate from joint premises at 127 Prospect Road, Walmer further indicating their commitment to Port Elizabeth and the industry. The marketing of residential property has become a sophisticated business over the years. Our sales team has kept pace with such changes and is currently managed by Ruben Pape who ensures that our sales staff are adequately trained and able to offer the latest marketing techniques.
