🐘 C21 PE OUT & ABOUT! 🌿

Today we swapped property listings for game spotting and took the Century 21 Port Elizabeth team out to beautiful Addo Elephant National Park for a well-deserved team day. 🐘🦌

And what a day to do it! As part of SA National Parks Week, SANParks is giving South Africans free day entry to Addo from 7–13 September — such a fantastic initiative that gives us the opportunity to enjoy what’s right on our doorstep. 🇿🇦🌿

A huge thank you to SANParks and the Addo team for the warm welcome and for making initiatives like this possible. We had wildlife, plenty of laughs, a proper South African braai and some much-needed time together away from the office. 💛

And there was another reason to celebrate… 🎂🥳 Happy Birthday, Siphokazi! We hope you felt thoroughly spoiled today. What better way to spend your birthday than surrounded by the team, cake and a few elephants? 😂🐘

A team that works hard should get to have some fun together too. 💛

Moving into a new rental is exciting. You collect the keys, move the boxes in and start making it feel like home.

But before you unpack everything, there’s one important step you shouldn’t rush:
Your incoming inspection.

Take the time to walk through the property properly and make sure any existing damage or defects are recorded.
A cracked tile. A mark on a wall. A damaged cupboard. A faulty fitting.

Even small things are worth noting.
Take photographs, keep a record and make sure the condition of the property is properly documented at the start of your tenancy.
