Cohen Property Developments is looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Site Foreman to supervise construction in our townhouse complexes — focusing on road prep, stormwater, and paving.
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with civil site experience, strong management ability, and the technical know-how to set out levels and supervise site work accurately and efficiently.
✅ Requirements:
3–5 years civil construction experience
Qualification in Civil Engineering or related fields (advantageous)
Must reside in the Nelson Mandela Bay area
Valid driver’s license
🔧 Key Skills:
Able to work under pressure & outdoors in various conditions
Strong leadership & subcontractor management
Excellent communication & problem-solving
Able to read plans, take levels & measurements
Strong physical stamina
Proficiency with setting levels using a dumpy level
Must manage labour and machines on site efficiently
Able to deliver accurate road levels, curbs, and prep for paving
Attention to detail and ability to complete projects

Building townhouse roads including compaction, curbing, gravel, stormwater
Setting out roads accurately with levels
Managing all site activity: labour, machinery, materials
