About the Role: Community Scheme Accountant

As a Community Scheme Accountant at Rozewood, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of our residential portfolio. Your key responsibilities will include:

πŸ“Š Monthly Financial Review: Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.

πŸ” General Ledger Analysis: Analyze accounts for accuracy and completeness.

πŸ“ˆ Monthly Management Accounts: Prepare and analyze financial reports.

πŸ’° Budget Preparation: Assist in budget preparation and loading.

πŸ“ Tax Filings: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and filings, including CSOS returns and registrations.

Additional Tasks:

Minimum Requirements:
