When you are a first time home buyer there are specific questions you should be asking your lender, such as:

What type of loan do I qualify for?
Do I need to have extra money set aside for extra expenses and if so how what are they and how much should I set aside?
Do I need to have a pre-approval letter?
Will I only be able to look at homes that are within my budget?
How do I make sure my credit score stays consistent?
