I always encourage my team not be wasteful so that we leave the client happy for the project and financial spending better

One thing that fascinates me about builders, carpenters, electricians all of them; be careful with their wastefulness. They will make you buy 12 fisher boards when they only need 8. Meanwhile they still have 4 left from the previous job. So they actually only need 4.

This is one of the “transactions” of construction. Sometimes they are just lazy to put together pieces of fisher boards so they want new ones.

They will waste ndaka (cement mixture) without remembering that there is a septic tank that needs sealing. They will abandon half a tonne of building sand and start collecting from a new load.

Brick force wire is like toilet paper to them. They just litter it everywhere. 1inch steal nails are everywhere. You can literally pick a kilogram of wire and steal nails from your site.

I am not being pretentious or prejudiced. But if you do not watch your money then you will watch it finish.

Building is already stressful enough and very expensive. The last thing you need is some poor minded people acting rich minded.
