Someone recently asked me, “If you had to start this business all over again, what would you do differently?”

It’s a question I’ve been sitting with for a while.
After reflecting on the journey, from one property to building and managing a portfolio, making mistakes, learning lessons, and growing along the way… I finally have my answer.
