Job Opportunity: Junior Maintenance Assistant
Apartments on William (AOW) Student Accommodation is looking for a motivated and reliable Junior Maintenance Assistant to join our maintenance team on a full-time basis.

Negotiable, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
Minimum Requirements
Basic maintenance knowledge (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or general repairs will be an advantage)
Good problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn
Previous maintenance experience will be an advantage but is not essential
Relevant qualifications or certifications will be beneficial
Valid driver's licence will be an advantage
Key Responsibilities
Perform general building maintenance and repairs
Assist with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks
Respond to maintenance requests from residents
Help maintain the overall appearance and safety of the property
Work closely with the maintenance team to complete daily tasks efficiently
