Do you live in a sectional title scheme? Then proper valuations aren’t optional, it is the law.

The Sectional Title Schemes Management Act (STSMA) requires every Body Corporate to obtain a full replacement valuation at least every three years, and to present updated valuation schedules annually at the AGM.
