How to bond with your new tenant in 3 seconds flat: Just add water. 🌊🤣
The last 14 days have been a wild sprint. When life hands you 7 sudden tenant replacements due to sudden financial shifts and surprise property purchases, you don't panic—you just hustle.
Mission accomplished: All 7 are officially replaced and ready to move in! 📄✍️

But the absolute highlight of this entire stressful sprint happened yesterday. I was showing a unit to a lovely lady. Wanting to be thorough, I reached in to turn on the tap to show her the crystal-clear water.
