Within the short space of twenty years, the company had successfully grown into a multi- franchise organisation. Bill then officially launched the franchise group under the Rawson Properties brand. The company continued to grow and achieve great success across
the country. By 2008 it founded its own in-house bond origination company, known as Rawson Finance.
