I hear this one quite often. 😊

And I completely understand why a seller might think that way.

But your first days on the market are important.

You want buyers to see your home, take it seriously and understand that the price makes sense for what you're offering.

☀️ Happy Friday, everyone! It's a hot one here in Pretoria, and it definitely feels like summer has arrived! 😎🌻

You know, making a sale in real estate is great. Of course, we all love seeing that SOLD sign!

But for me, it's about so much more than the sale.

It's about sitting down with a seller, having an honest conversation, looking at what the market is doing and what is happening in their area, and helping them understand their options.

It's about building that trust, knowing that your client feels comfortable asking questions, and being able to give them the advice they need to make the right decision for their circumstances.

Because every property journey is different, and every client deserves that time and attention.

That's what matters to me. ❤️
