Memorial Service for Linda Styger – 10 November 2026
As many of you are aware, our dear colleague and friend, Linda Styger, sadly passed away recently.

Linda's memorial service will be held as follows:

Date: Tuesday, 10 November 2026
Time: 09:00
Venue: Baptist Church, Manaba

Please note that Capelle's offices will be closed on Tuesday, 10 November 2026, to allow our team to attend Linda's memorial service and pay our final respects.

Welcome to Our New Team Member – Tracy
We are delighted to announce that Tracy has joined the Capelle team!

Tracy comes from a managing agent background and brings valuable experience and knowledge of the sectional title industry.

She will be assisting with the various compliance and regulatory requirements applicable to sectional title schemes, as well as general administration.

Dear Trustees, Owners and Residents,

🕊️ IN LOVING MEMORY OF LINDA STYGER 🕊️

Forever in Our Hearts ❤️

It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we inform you of the passing of our dear colleague and friend, Linda Styger, on 28 October 2026.

Yesterday was an incredibly sad and heartbreaking day for the entire Capelle team, as well as Linda's family and friends, as we said goodbye to someone very special.

Many of you will remember Linda from her years at Capelle, where she was a valued member of our team and played an important role in assisting the Body Corporates and communities under our management.

Linda was so much more than just a colleague. She was part of our Capelle family, and her kindness, dedication, friendship and the wonderful memories we shared will forever be treasured.

She will be deeply missed by everyone who had the privilege of knowing her, including her beloved feathered companion, Tommy, her precious parrot, who was such a special part of her life. 🦜❤️

As we look back on the photographs and memories of our time together, we are reminded of the laughter, friendship and special moments that will remain with us forever.

Our thoughts, prayers and deepest condolences go out to Linda's family, friends and everyone whose lives she touched.

🌹 Rest in peace, dear Linda. 🌹

You were so very loved, and you will be missed more than words can ever express.

Gone from our sight, but never from our hearts.

During this extremely difficult time, the Capelle team is also assisting Linda's family with the necessary arrangements and matters that need to be attended to following her passing.

As a result, our response times may be a little slower than usual over the next few days, and we may not be able to attend to all correspondence and requests as quickly as we normally would.
