Owned essentially by its subscribing members, brokers refer listings to participating selling agents - irrespective

of realty firm, agency brand or branch - who agree to the sharing of specific mandates, listings and/or clients, for the express purpose of best representing the interests of and, consequently, resulting in a mutually beneficial property transaction for all parties involved.

What is Proplist?

Proplist is a single-capture property listing & marketing platform, providing real estate agents with an effective, efficient & affordable means to submit their homes for sale onto multiple online, mobile & social media channels.

Listings are then exposed & promoted to an extensive audience of prospective buyers - locally, regionally, nationally & globally. Leads & enquiries go directly to the listing agent - who also has the option of opening the listing to participating selling agents in the area.

Proplist offers a number of extremely affordable packages - starting from less than R1 per day!

Subscription fees depend on the number of active listings an agent (not agency) has on the system. New listings may be added by deleting a sold or existing listing, or upgrading to a higher package:

* 1 - 3 Listings = R360 per year - payable annually in advance
* 4 - 8 Listings = R660 per year - payable annually in advance
* 9 - 20 Listings = R960 per year - payable annually in advance
* Unlimited Listings = R1,860 per year - payable quarterly (at R465 in advance every 3 months), or annually in advance at R1,670 - which is still only around R5 a day, irrespective of the number of listings captured to the database.
