Just Property Beyond - Anita Greyling
It is with much pride that we celebrate Anita Greyling, whom received the Reginal Award (Outerlying areas)- Office Administrator of the year 2025.
She is not just a “Mover & shaker” in this office, but Anita lets no opportunity go by where she will not promote or enhance Just Property to everyone she meets
Anita has been with us since 2012, when she started as a “Non-qualified”- Rental Agent and followed a path of growth and enthusiasm, through rentals, Reception and is currently our Head Office Administrator, handling all office matters, Payprop invoicing for Residential and Commercial and assisting Marais Scholtz with all financial issues pertaining any Lease on our books.

- Anita is the absolute “go-to-person” for every one in our office.
- Anita knows everything of anything that we need to know or have to be up to date with. And keeps up to date, continuously, with any changes in documents or guidelines set by Head Office
- She also assists the franchisee and all agents in matters of training, documentation requirements and listings.
- Anita maintains a high standard in her work and work ethics
- She keeps a firm hand on any maintenance issues and liaise with the agents, contractors and Landlords on a regular basis
- Anita has a strict daily & monthly plan on tasks to do
- She also runs the “Arrear rent”- collections & processes. Liaise with all parties within specific time schedules. She connects with TPN and sharing Data weekly.
- Anita is first in the office daily long before operational hours and also the last one to leave at the end of a day.
- She will assist any client that comes through the door.
- She has experience in all matters of being a Property practitioner and will never let a client wait unnecessary for an agent, if no one is available, she will take on the client and provide information, advise and even show property, if need be.
- No challenge is too hard for her and she will never leave a task undone.
- She gives urgency to all tasks and clients.
- Anita is always available for any challenge or support. A team member you can rely on
- Anita is also (unfortunately) the first person to connect with any disgruntled client and has a calm and collective way of handling matters, and defuse a “fired up”-situation.
- All in all, Anita is part of our foundation, keeping as steady and firm in all our doings.
She does her work with impeccable character, honesty and always having the best interest of the business and Just Property as the brand at heart.
