As most of the industry already knows, December was a sad month for the RPP family with the sudden passing of our co-founder and Chairman, Bill Fenner.
Bill was one of the real legends of the South African property industry and will be missed by many for a long time. Countless developments are spread far and wide across Southern Africa and the UK that stand as monuments of his impact and legacy.
As a result of his passing, RPP would like to announce the
following restructuring of its executive team:
Jock Seeliger Snr will replace Bill as Chairman, whilst Alan Walker will step down from day to day activities and provide valuable input and guidance as a non-executive director.
Jock Seeliger Jnr will take over as Managing Director, supported
by Joe Reed (Developments) and Dave Emmett (Finance and Asset Management) in day to day operations as the remaining directors.
RPP remains one of South Africa's leading and longest standing property development companies and continues to deliver ground breaking projects of the highest quality.

DEVELOPMENT UPDATE: SEQUENCE LOGISTICS, KEYSTONE PARK, KZN

Phase 1 of the Sequence Logistics cold storage facility at Keystone park in Hammersdale is starting to take shape.

This development is being phased with phase 1 accounting for 12 207 pallet positions and phase 2 accounting for an additional 3 197 pallet positions.
