Your bright and light holiday home away from home.

A sunny sofa, warm wooden floors, a kitchen close enough to keep the conversation going, and plenty of room to settle in properly.

This place was never meant to just be a pretty picture on an interior design page. It’s a house for cooking, reading, sprawling, gathering around the table and making yourself very much at home.

Far from the city's glow, the night sky reminds us just how many stars are waiting to be noticed. Standing quietly on the deck, listening to the ocean below and watching the Milky Way stretch overhead, it's easy to lose track of time.

Fresh coffee. Good bread. A generous layer of butter. The ocean waiting just beyond the windows.

Our kitchen was made for people who enjoy cooking, lingering over breakfast, and sharing unhurried meals together. Because often, the simplest moments become the ones you remember most.

Scarborough has a habit of changing its mood.

One morning the sea sparkles beneath clear blue skies. The next, a blanket of mist drifts in from the Atlantic, softening every edge and wrapping the village in quiet.

Neither version is better. They're simply different reminders that nature sets the pace here.

And that's exactly how we like it.

Our neighbours don't always knock before visiting.

Scarborough's baboons are part of the wild beauty that makes this corner of the Cape so special.

Watching them from a respectful distance is a reminder that here, nature is still wonderfully untamed.

We're privileged to share this landscape with remarkable wildlife, and we highly encourage every guest to admire from a distance, never feed, and help keep it that way.

Nature is at home here. We are simply visitors.
