AN APPEAL TO OUR COMMUNITY – REFUSE!
We appeal to all businesses, body corporates and residents - 𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗽𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝘂𝗯𝗯𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗹 𝗳𝘂𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 due to the recent service interruption update from Umdoni Municipality (copied below).

As a community, we have 𝗮𝗹𝗹 contributed towards creating a which is welcoming and inviting to visitors / holiday makers / new investors / residents and we are starting to see real results from these efforts! Our community efforts will be wasted if we allow our town to become littered with rubbish as has happened during previous interruptions...

𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗱𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁! Let’s work together during this time to help !

🔹Do not put rubbish out for collection until the municipality advises that work has resumed
🔹Make arrangements for private collection if necessary
🔹Work with neighbours / other businesses to have refuse removed
🔹PLEASE DO NOT put your rubbish out in areas where our teams are working to improve our town!
