In the spirit of Mandela Day, the Brettenwood Homeowners Association team joined dedicated volunteers at Sizani School, contributing to the school's established garden—an important space at the heart of the school that is lovingly maintained each week by members of the community—while also helping to refresh the surrounding area.

A day in the life of Brettenwood's Marketing & Events Manager.

Running around behind the scenes, managing the madness, coordinating 41 suppliers, overseeing the setup and décor that housed 350+ guests, being the creative director, interviewing guests about their wine experience… and somehow still making it look effortless… well, kind of 😉.

From early morning setup to the final cheers at sunset, event days are chaos, pressure, adrenaline and magic all at once. Seeing months of planning come to life and watching everyone enjoy the experience makes every stressful moment worth it.

Sometimes the best part of the job is getting to experience the joy the event brings to everyone and knowing that you brought these incredible people together.....Much love Sam.
