We’re back in full swing at Springvale Country Estate 🌿
The estate is officially alive and buzzing- with new builds underway, site establishments popping up, and that unmistakable hum of families putting roots down.

Rio, our much-loved estate mascot, remains a firm favourite, while our 20m lap pool has become a welcome sanctuary in this summer heat.

The new kids’ play area is already alive with pirates, princesses and big imaginations, and yes… the elusive Barry the Bass is still yet to be caught 🎣

There’s so much to look forward to. Our developers are hard at work bringing two beautiful spec houses to life, and with just a handful of farm stands remaining, now is the perfect time to take a closer look.
