Cheryl Claydon - Chas Everitt Cheryl has lived in Somerset West most of her life. Cheryl has a passion for her work in real estate as she loves meeting and interacting with people.

She has been in Real Estate for close to 30 years, but has also been a co-owner in a popular coffee shop and thereafter travelled extensively with her import/export business. She enjoys working with people and sees herself more as a matchmaker than a sales person when introducing clients to properties. Having lived and worked in Somerset West for such a long period, she is well known and respected by a great many friends, associates and past clients who have subsequently become fast friends.
