AGENTS, before you rush to put up your sign, let's dive into the important details outlined in the local government's bylaws regarding estate agent signage:
๐ Approval Process:
Ensure that your signage complies with the regulations outlined in the By-Law. We're here to guide you through the approval process to make sure your sign meets all requirements.
๐ Display Times:
Estate agent signs are permitted to be displayed from 12:00 PM on Saturdays to 8:00 PM on Sundays. Let's make the most of those prime viewing hours!
๐ Placement Guidelines:
Our signs are to be attached only to municipal electric light poles using stout string or plastic ties. No metal securing material allowed! And remember, no affixing signs to trees, traffic signal poles, or other restricted areas.
๐ข Information Requirements:
Each directional sign board must display essential details such as the original permit, agency name, contact details, and a directional arrow. We'll ensure your sign is informative and compliant.
๐ณ Alternate Display:
In areas without municipal light poles, we have approved designs for signage displayed on stakes. Just remember, no signs on concrete or paved surfaces, and stakes must not pe*****te deeper than 15 cm.
