On 𝟭𝟮 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, Finance Minister Godongwana announced an adjustment to 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝘂𝘁𝘆 brackets, making property purchases more affordable! 🏡✨

✅ 𝗡𝗼 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝘂𝘁𝘆 on properties valued at 𝗥𝟭 𝟮𝟭𝟬 𝟬𝟬𝟬 or less (up from R1 100 000).
✅ This change takes effect from 𝟭 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱.
