Your OTP is a binding contract, not a draft. It is the legal foundation of every property sale. Once the seller signs, it becomes a legally binding Deed of Sale. Before you put pen to paper, you must understand these ten critical clauses.

๐Ÿญ. ๐—ฃ๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ฐ๐—ต๐—ฎ๐˜€๐—ฒ ๐—ฃ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ฒ: The exact rand value you are offering, including VAT if applicable.

๐Ÿฎ. ๐—ข๐—ฐ๐—ฐ๐˜‚๐—ฝ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐—ฎ๐—น ๐—ฅ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜: The agreed daily or monthly rent you pay the seller if you move in before the transfer is complete or vice versa.
