Elna Schulze has been a successful real estate agent in Stellenbosch since 1997. Through attention to service excellence and an intelligent approach, she has developed a formidable reputation in her field. More than 90% of her business comes through referrals or previous clients and she is known for her ethical approach to her work. Elna has a BA degree from the University of Pretoria and while wo

rking in Human Resources she completed a diploma in Personnel Management. Having worked in a corporate environment for over a decade, Elna decided to take on a new challenge and moved into Real Estate. Over the past 17 years, she has worked as a Property Sales Consultant, Principal and owned her own Real Estate company in Stellenbosch. She did her Estate Agents’ Board exam in 1997 and CRS in 1998, and more recently completed her NQF4 and NQF5 qualifications, the new prerequisite to operate as an estate agent and a principal in real estate in South Africa. She keeps up with new legislation, attending courses and seminars on the legal and financial aspects of purchasing property. Elna believes that it is important to build a relationship with clients to understand their needs. Her focus is on finding the perfect home rather than just selling a property. She is passionate about people and property and enjoys finding the perfect match. With her in-depth understanding of the Stellenbosch property market, Elna will assist you to navigate the challenges of investing in property or buying your dream home.
