Meet the chefs behind Chefs Warehouse’s first Residence.

Le Grand Jardin Residence by Chefs Warehouse brings all the passion, flavour and experience of Chefs Warehouse to the table.

Chef Initza is in residence, Liam, Ivor and David each bring their own recipes, stories and ‘chef energy’ when they pop in and out. Jami’s Front of House flair means you’ve always got a glass of w**e in hand either poolside or fireside depending on the season.

Food is at the centre of the experience; we’ve lit the fire in the glasshouse, torn the first loaf, added a pinch of salt and thrown the rest over our shoulders - and written a few menus in smoke, ash and flame.

And the best part of our new journey…after the meal, you get to stay. Le Grand Jardin’s six sumptuous suites means you get to wake up to the best breakfast and dream of the next meal and the next.

This menu was written in smoke, ash and flame long before paper met pen. Working with food and fire is a conversation between the elements, a push and pull in a sensory dance between what wants coaxing and what is best left alone.

Our house is a collection of moods. Here, a kitchen in late afternoon shadow, a lime already squeezed. There, the garden holding what's left of the light, the wallpaper keeping its secrets. The pool staying perfectly still until we break the surface with a
sudden plunge.
