When selling isn’t always the answer ✨

Sometimes a new chapter doesn’t mean a new house. Sometimes the biggest change can happen within the walls of the home you already have.

With the property market rising and transfer duties becoming increasingly expensive, moving isn’t always the answer. Sometimes it makes more sense to breathe new life into the home you already love — to refresh, reimagine and create something that feels completely new and completely YOU🤍
I have been putting off this renovation for so long as there was always something that got in the way…..work, finances, logistics. But suddenly the time felt right and at last I found a company that listened to what I wanted and despite mainly renovating high end projects, were willing to work with me within my budget. This is a going to be massive makeover and I’m going to be living here whilst they do it!!!

A huge shout-out to Star Alarms for always being there when I need them!

Besides making me feel super safe at home, they have come to my rescue countless times, from responding within seconds when my house alarm has been activated, to putting out a house fire, and even providing support during a medical emergency.

The Star team are always willing to go above and beyond to help whenever they can, and I honestly can’t thank them enough.

A special thank you to Wilton and Christopher for coming to my rescue again today. ❤️

Change is never easy, and walking away from something familiar takes courage, whether that's a home, a relationship or a job. . But sometimes choosing yourself, your peace, and your future is the bravest decision you can make. ❤️ is

Recent events have left many of us feeling saddened and concerned about the challenges facing our community.

As residents, parents, home and business owners, and neighbours, we all want the same thing: a safe, welcoming environment where families can thrive and where people look out for one another.

While we cannot control every challenge our community faces, we can choose how we respond. By supporting local initiatives, reporting concerns through the proper channels, attending community meetings, and standing together as neighbours, we can help make a positive difference.

Tonight's candlelight vigil is not only a time to remember and reflect, but also a reminder that our community is strongest when we are united.

Such fun last night at the Blouberg /Sunningdale night market. Great turnout and such an amazing community vibe..... I was blown away by the goods for sale.... From beautiful antique jewellery made from cutlery to real leather shoes... Not to forget the most delicious fudge I've ever tasted!! ♥️is
