CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT READY TO RECEIVE CUSTOMERS

The Emfuleni Local Municipality is pleased to advise that the Customer Care Department, previously located at the OK Building, has successfully completed the installation and commissioning of systems and network infrastructure at its new offices.

Accordingly, the Customer Care Department will resume operations on Monday, 08 June 2026, from its new premises situated at:

40 F.W. Beyers Street, Vanderbijlpark Central
(Former ABSA Building, opposite the Post Office)

The following services will be available:

* Statements
* Payments
* New connections
* Water and electricity services
* Payment arrangements

Please note that certain services may remain temporarily unavailable while final system integrations are being completed.

Customers may also continue to make use of the following alternative payment channels:

1. Vereeniging Offices
2. Emfuleni Head Office, Vanderbijlpark
3. Any EasyPay PayPoint

The Municipality appreciates the patience, understanding and cooperation demonstrated by residents during the transition period and looks forward to continuing to provide efficient, accessible and customer-focused services to the community.
